WHAT CAN I RETURN?

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new condition.

WHEN CAN I RETURN?

The return window has been extended for the holiday season. Beginning October 16th, returns for online orders are accepted through January 31st or 60 days, whichever is greater to make a return.

WHERE CAN I RETURN?

Parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered. We do not accept return of online purchases at our stores at this time. Please visit our detailed FAQ page for more information.

HOW DO I PACKAGE MY RETURN?

Please be sure to print and include your return in the package with your shoes. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return box. Please DO NOT ship the actual shoe box without an outer covered shipping box, the return will not be accepted if the shoe box itself is damaged.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.

WHAT IS THE RETURN COST?

We provide a flat rate Canada Post shipping label for your return. The flat rate of $7 will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
